   Is Created Envy a safe website?

Absolutely! When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information that  you provide to us such as your name, address ,email address etc. This information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to ensure that each costomer's personal information remains safe and secure.

Who can see information that I provide to Created Envy? 

We keep customer's information private. We will not provide your information to any third-party.

 

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

If after you accept marketing and would like to unsubscribe, you may withdraw your consent. You may do this by contacting us at Info@CreatedEnvy.Com or by clicking the unsubscribe link. 

How do you get my consent?

 
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction,verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery ,return a purchase, or give us permission to send you marketing, we imply that you consent to our collecting the information and using it for that specific reason only.

 

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including but not limited to Visa,MasterCard,American Express,and Discover. We also accept payments via Apple pay and  PayPal. PayPal allows customers to securely make payments without sharing their personal information. 

Please note that  "E-Check" payments made through PayPal will take 5-7 business days to process. Items will not be shipped until your payment has been verified.

When checking out with PayPal please make sure that your billing and shipping address are accurate.

How can I make changes to my order or Cancel it? 

Once your order is placed you will not be able to cancel it for any reason. We will not be able to issue a refund. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct when you submit your order. Depending on inventory some changes can be made to your order if you wish to purchase a different color or size. Although we do our best to help our customers, there are no guarantees that we will be able to accommodate any changes once your order has been processed. 

How can I return an Item?

We value you as a customer and strive to provide you with the best customer service.

However, we do not issue refunds

Please contact us within 24 hours if your shipment is lost or damaged.

All accessories and sale items are final sale.

Unworn clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item. You may request an exchange for a different size or color depending on inventory.   If the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued after the item(s) are returned to us 

In order to exchange an item,

items must be:

unworn

unwashed

and

in the original condition in which it was received.

Tags must be attached to apparel and be in original condition in order to receive an exchange.

Any items that are sent back to us that do not meet the criteria will be rejected and no exchanges will be made.

Exchange requests must be sent to Info@CreatedEnvy.Com within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange process. When shipping an item back to us we require a tracking number.

What shipping method do you use?

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class. All international orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail or First Class.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will be shipped. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to be delivered and will be shipped first class. Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail. 

Overnight shipping is available for US customers. 

International orders may take 10 business days or longer to arrive are are only available for standard shipping at this time.

 

 How will I know when my order has shipped?

 After your order is processed your package will be shipped. Once your package has left our warehouse and has been received by the post office. A tracking number will be emailed to you.

You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com.

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE 

Please note that packages shipped to Africa do not include a tracking number.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier ,incorrect address, national holidays or delays due to weather conditions.

 If you refuse a package from Created Envy or do not sign for your you will receive a store credit for the merchandise. However, there will be no refund issued for shipping fees. The shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.

 

Free shipping promotional offers (when applicable) apply only to U.S costumers residing within the 48 contiguous states.
