United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class. All international orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail or First Class.
We are currently offering free local pick ups in the 618 area. Please use code LOCAL at checkout. Please note that you can not use multiple coupon codes at one time.Once your order is placed we will contact you within 2 hours to schedule a pick up time. Our pick up location is in Belleville Illinois and is non negotiable. We do not currently offer local delivery services.
Please note that order pick up times may vary. However, We typically schedule pick ups before 7:00 pm the same day your order is received.
If you choose this shipping method and are not in the 618 area your order will not be shipped until shipping payment is received.
All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will be shipped. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to be delivered and will be shipped first class. Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail. Overnight shipping is available for US customers.
International orders may take 10 business days or longer to arrive are are only available for standard shipping at this time.
Once the package has left our warehouse and has been received by the post office. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note that orders being shipped to Africa will not be issues a tracking number.

Please note that all orders Require a signature. If your package is missed and returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re shipped.
If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
