Where will my items ship from?

Your order will ship directly from Created Envy.Our warehouse is based in Illinois, USA. We offer the fastest shipping worldwide . That means there is no need to worry about long shipping times.

How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders ship within 24 hours(after processing). Processing time takes 24-48 hours. Except during major sale events.

During major sale events shipping time may take longer due to having a larger capacity of orders.

International orders may take 10 business days or longer to arrive are are only available for standard shipping at this time.

Please note that orders being shipped to Africa will not be issues a tracking number.

What company will deliver my package?

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class. All international orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail or First Class.

Overnight shipping is available for US customers only. 


I received damaged or incorrect items, what should I do?

I missed the delivery of my package,what should I do?

 If your package is missed, call your local USPS as soon as possible to arrange a pick up time or redelivery attempt. If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package shipped again.If you would like a refund for Items refused/missed and received free shipping or shipping paid for by Created Envy the refund will be applied with the shipping fee deducted.

Please Note that items must be received by Created Envy before a refund is issued.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it.If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package.  You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping promotional offers varies and only (when applicable) apply only to U.S costumers residing within the 48 contiguous states.
